It starts with the youth!!

Earlier this month while the media was stirring about everything and anything Donald Trump does, Barack Obama visited a D.C. high school and gave them a talk. Obama said that they discussed “their life goals, pursuing higher education and giving back to their communities, (Carter).” Social media completely lost it and was thrilled that something positive was happening for once in the political world. CNN reported on the visit while Fox News did not. What does this say? Does it say that this was not what fox stands for? There are endless possibilities.  The act that Barack Obama took his time to continue to inspire and listen to the youth. I think that people forget the the youth are soon going to be in charge. We are soon going to be the ones to make the important decisions that are going to affect our country and world. Barack took an important step to listen to the youth and inspire them. He has been continuously telling us that we can do anything and that we are the ones in charge of our own destiny. We can do anything and we can be anything!
