Slave Trade in the Modern Miillenium
If you are not outraged with what is going on in Libya, then you are not paying attention.....or maybe you don't know about it. Libya is located in Africa. A video released a week or so ago surfaced showing Libyan men and boys being auctioned off to bidders for about $400. This first broke out on social media, first on Twitter. When I discovered this information, I was slightly confused as to why I am just now hearing about it. Slavery is literally the worst thing to ever happen to African Americans and IT IS STILL HAPPENING IN THE HOMELAND OF AFRICAN AMERICAN PEOPLE. I immediately went to google to look into this issue more and the first couple websites about it were websites that I could not even pronounce the websites. NBC, FOX, or The Huffington Post were barely on the first page. This is outrageous.
